I am here to use my 15+ years of experience as an Educational Leader, Facilitator, and Convener to provide services that support individuals and community builders to navigate barriers to success through communication, authentic partnerships, and relationship building.
My goals are to:
Support individuals and organizations in navigating the education system.
Support schools and districts in partnering with families and community to break down systemic barriers.
Support families in building community and communication about educational needs inside and outside their homes.
Support internal systems of organizations in building authentic collaborative relationships to support their process and programs for change.

When I was young, my dad used to tell me that you should do things "con cariño." While this is hard to translate and has different meanings in different regions, for us it essentially means you need to approach whatever you are doing with love and care. I strive to build trusting relationships "con cariño" so that I can help you as an individual or a group tap into your own superpowers to navigate life and systems.
I am ready to use my education, training, and experience as a parent and educator to support you, your family and/or your organization.
