I have spent my professional career building family, community, and student engagement systems that center those they serve by fostering real relationships and multifaceted communication. Now I want to help you do the same in your homes and organizations.
My Approach
Whether it is two people, or and entire organization, my approach to this work begins looking internally. What is going in for you? What motivates you? What is your story? Next, we begin to share and listen. We notice and appreciate differences as well as where there is common ground. This builds a foundation for honest and safe communication needed to move forward and build something beautiful.

Communication Coaching
If we cannot communicate within our homes it makes it hard for us to do anything successful outside the home. This coaching can be especially helpful for parents and teens (trust me, I’ve been there).
Creating Community Coaching
Being a parent can feel very isolating even when you are constantly surrounded by people. It is so important to build community. This coaching will help you identify who that community could be, what common goals you have, and how you can convene. This can be for individuals, or a newly formed group or “club.”
These coaching services can be beneficial for anyone, but especially for families and communities of color.
